Some basic football skills for our Under 6 and Under 8 players along with basic fundamental movement skills can be downloaded by clicking on the PDF below. The skills can be performed easily at home with the help of a parent/adult and all that's required is a football. Scoring sheets are available for parents and players to benchmark progress and achievement certificates are also available to download once the activities are completed.
