Hi everyone,
Thank you to everyone who participated in the series of challenges over the past few weeks. The standard of work that we received from you was extremely high and we were also delighted to get an opportunity to see the many different things that you were doing at home - we have seen many hidden talents that we didn't know about until now! Thanks also to your parents and family members for helping to take the photos, record the videos and send them in to us. After the Day Five Challenges, The Wildcats and The Falcons both had 392 points while The Wolverines had 387 points and The Tigers had 385 points. Well done to all four teams, great work from everyone. We look forward to seeing you all again in September (in person rather than in photo or video!) and we hope you all have an enjoyable and safe summer. Best wishes to the 6th Class heading to post-primary school in September. We hope to be able to say a proper goodbye to you in person shortly. Hi all,
Firstly, thank you for all the work that you've been doing over the past few months now at this stage. I know it hasn't been easy for you and that you have missed out on doing lots of things but hopefully everything will start to become a bit more normal for you in the weeks ahead as the restrictions are eased. As regards the work for next week, we'll try and do things a little bit differently. You are going to be asked to do a series of challenges. The challenges will be a mixture of sports related activities, quizzes, projects, art and a few other different things. You won't be doing these challenges on your own, you will be part of a team. You will be awarded points for each challenge you participate in so the more you participate the more points your team will earn. The team lists, the points system for the challenges and the challenges for the week ahead along with a few other details will all be uploaded here on Monday morning (June 8th). You will need to take photos and videos (where possible) of the challenges that you have completed. The details of where these photos and videos need to be sent will be made available to your parents on Monday as well. Ms. Condon Please see answers below for the Mental Maths (Week 34) tests.
