Touch back cone then move side to side & touch other 2 cones(losing your marker) & then receive ball from parent facing away from goal then turn & hook kick the ball against the wall like it’s a kick pass into the forwards pic.twitter.com/sc5saUlkwC

Flick the ball out with left side flick along the ground run around cone turn jab lift & strike off wall right side control & start again. Flick right run out around the cone jab lift and strike left then

Really good drill to get space out of a ruck with a lot of bodies looking to roll lift the ball
Flick the ball away from the ruck Slightly shorten grip then when flicking away
Jab lift,turn & strike into forward line
